Concrete Wash Concentrate SiF Concrete Wash Concentrate is a highly concentrated acidic cleaner designed for preparing exposed, honed and masonry surfaces prior to the application of sealers. It effectively removes cement-based residues and surface contaminants to restore the natural appearance of concrete and improve sealer penetration. This highly concentrated formula is ideal for removing mortar, concrete, calcium and render residues from a wide range of surfaces including masonry, brick, paving, exposed aggregate, painted surfaces, glass, frames, tools, equipment and machinery. Typical Applications • Cleaning exposed or honed concrete prior to sealing• Removing mortar or cement residues from masonry and paving• Removing calcium or render splashes from surfaces• Cleaning construction tools, equipment and machinery Dilution Guide Dilution will vary depending on the level of residue and surface type. • Light residues: Dilute approximately 1:10 with water (downstream capable). Apply to the surface, allow a short dwell time, scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly.• Heavy residues: Dilute up to 1:1 with water. Apply to the surface, allow to dwell, scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat application if necessary. Always perform a small test area to confirm product suitability and dilution before full application.

House / Building Wash Concentrate SiF House Wash is a highly concentrated exterior cleaning detergent designed for use in softwash and low pressure cleaning systems. It helps break down and lift dirt, grime, traffic film, spider webs and general atmospheric contaminants from exterior building surfaces. Suitable for use on a wide range of exterior substrates including painted surfaces, weatherboards, cladding, masonry, brick, gutters, soffits and exterior joinery, SiF House Wash assists with restoring surface appearance while supporting effective rinsing and contaminant removal. The concentrated formula allows flexible dilution rates depending on the level of contamination and cleaning method. It can be used in softwash systems, downstream injectors or pump sprayers, making it suitable for both residential and commercial exterior cleaning applications. SiF House Wash can also be used alongside sodium hypochlorite (SH) when treating surfaces affected by mould, algae or organic growth, helping improve cleaning performance and surface wetting. It can also be used alongside SiF Surface Prep (Alkaline Degreaser) in a building wash mix to boost effectiveness where heavier road grime, traffic film or oily contaminants are present. It effectively removes oils, grease, dirt, grime and general contaminants, helping restore surface cleanliness and improve the performance of subsequent treatments. This versatile, water-based cleaner is suitable for use on a wide range of washable substrates including concrete, masonry, brick, paving, stone, tiles, tools and equipment, subject to testing. Its concentrated formula allows flexible dilution depending on the level of contamination. SiF Surface Prep can also be added to SiF Building Wash to help boost cleaning power where road grime, traffic film or oily contaminants are present. Dilution Guide Dilution will vary depending on the level of contamination and surface type. • General purpose cleaning: Dilute 1:50 with water• Lightly soiled surfaces: Dilute 1:10 with water• Heavy grease or contamination: Dilute up to 1:1 with water, allow to dwell, scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly Organic Growth Cleaning (SH Compatible) SiF Surface Prep can be used alongside sodium hypochlorite (SH) when treating surfaces affected by organic growth. Example mix:• 17.6L water• 2L SiF Surface Prep• 0.4L SH Always perform a small test area to confirm product suitability, dilution strength and surface compatibility before full application.

Sealer Remover / Oxidation Cleaner SiF Sealer Remover is a high-strength alkaline cleaner designed for removing unwanted or failed sealer residues from previously sealed surfaces. It helps break down sealer films so surfaces can be effectively cleaned, restored or prepared for resealing. This water-based, environmentally considerate formula can also be used to remove oxidation and chalking from painted or coated surfaces, helping restore surface appearance and improve the effectiveness of subsequent cleaning or coating processes. Suitable for use on a wide range of substrates including concrete, masonry, pavers, stone and other sealed surfaces, subject to testing. Typical Applications • Removing SiF sealers from previously treated surfaces• Removing oxidation and chalking from painted or coated substrates• Cleaning heavily weathered exterior surfaces prior to treatment Dilution & Application Guide SiF Sealer Remover should be mixed well before use. • Standard dilution: Mix 1:1 with water, apply to the surface and allow to dwell for 15–20 minutes• Heavy residues: Product may be applied neat with shorter dwell times• Scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly Repeat the process as required until the substrate accepts water freely, indicating that sealer residues have been removed. Always perform a small test area to confirm product suitability and dilution before full application.
