Sealer Remover / Oxidation Cleaner

SiF Sealer Remover is a high-strength alkaline cleaner designed for removing unwanted or failed sealer residues from previously sealed surfaces. It helps break down sealer films so surfaces can be effectively cleaned, restored or prepared for resealing.

This water-based, environmentally considerate formula can also be used to remove oxidation and chalking from painted or coated surfaces, helping restore surface appearance and improve the effectiveness of subsequent cleaning or coating processes.

Suitable for use on a wide range of substrates including concrete, masonry, pavers, stone and other sealed surfaces, subject to testing.

• Removing SiF sealers from previously treated surfaces
• Removing oxidation and chalking from painted or coated substrates
• Cleaning heavily weathered exterior surfaces prior to treatment

Dilution & Application Guide

SiF Sealer Remover should be mixed well before use.

• Standard dilution: Mix 1:1 with water, apply to the surface and allow to dwell for 15–20 minutes
• Heavy residues: Product may be applied neat with shorter dwell times
• Scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly

Repeat the process as required until the substrate accepts water freely, indicating that sealer residues have been removed.

Always perform a small test area to confirm product suitability and dilution before full application.
