New Zealand Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SiF Sealers NZ, we pride ourselves on efficient distribution to support your project timelines. To ensure the best customer experience, we utilise professional 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) systems to despatch our high-performance sealers nationwide.

Current Stock & Dispatch Hubs Currently, all New Zealand orders are despatched daily from our GVI Logistics hub in Auckland. As we continue to grow South Island demand, we look forward to expanding our local stock holdings into a Christchurch-based facility.

Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your order has been processed and despatched, please allow for the following transit times:

• Auckland: 1 Business Day

• North Island: 2 Business Days

• South Island: 3 Business Days

Rural Delivery (RD) & Regional Routes New Zealand’s unique geography means some areas require additional transit time.

• Rural Addresses: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for all RD-coded addresses.

• Regional Courier Routes: Deliveries to areas such as Cromwell, Wanaka, and the wider Central Otago region may require 1 additional day for local courier transfers.

Order Tracking Upon despatch from our Auckland warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

Wanaka Support While our main distribution hub is in Auckland, our technical support team is based in Wanaka (9305). If you have specific delivery requirements for a large project or need to coordinate a specific arrival date, please contact us at 027 464 2888.
