SAME DAY CLEAN & SEAL - 1 FLOOD COAT APPLICATION - Penetrating Sealer System FluoroSeal is a water based fluoropolymer sealer used for sealing porous surfaces including natural stone, clay and concrete surfaces. Suitable for garages, walls, entertaining areas, kitchens and wet areas, pool surrounds, patios, driveways. Dilution & Coverage FluroSeal is supplied as a high-performance concentrate, designed to be diluted with water on site. This reduces transport weight and allows you to mix only the amount required for the project. Dilution • 1 part FluroSeal concentrate : 3 parts clean water• 5L concentrate produces 20L of ready-to-use (RTU) sealer Typical Coverage Coverage varies depending on the surface porosity and texture. Refer to coverage chart. • Approx 5 m² per litre (RTU) on most concrete and masonry surfaces• 5L concentrate → 20L RTU → covers approximately 100 m² Project Example A typical 100 m² driveway, patio or paved area can usually be sealed with one 5L bottle of FluroSeal Concentrate when diluted to 20L ready-to-use product. Highly porous surfaces may require additional product. Always apply a small test area to confirm coverage before commencing the full application. The surface to be treated should be clean and free of all contaminants. The surface can be damp or wet, however FluoroSeal should not be applied to a surface that has pools of water. The pools should be removed using a broom or cloth prior to application. Do not apply FluoroSeal if rain is expected within 24 hours of application. Do not apply if extreme weather conditions are expected. Do not apply if surface temperatures are above 30 degC. If necessary, cool the surface with water prior to application. FluoroSeal is ready to apply and should be mixed well before use. A test prior to application must be performed to assess the suitability of the product. FluoroSeal is best applied using a low-pressure sprayer. The surface should be uniformly applied to saturation point. Do not allow pooling of sealer. Pools can be spread out using a soft bristled broom. Excess sealer must be removed before drying. Protect adjacent surfaces such as glass, metal or painted surfaces from any overspray. Full curing may take up to 24 hours. Avoid traffic for at least 24 hours. Equipment clean up can be performed with water.  

Si20-D is a ready to apply, sodium silicate based densifier, hardener and dust proofer for concrete and cementitious substrates. Si20-D penetrates concrete and reacts to form a permanent Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) structure within the pores. Si20-DS is a water based silicate and siliconate densifier-water repellent sealer for use on most types of porous limestone and concrete building materials. Si Densifiers & Moisture Barriers – Silicates Si Chemistry: Silicate based densifiers and moisture barriers are alkaline solutions containing soluble metal silicate salts. They are small molecules that when applied onto a substrate penetrate deep below the surface. They chemically react with cementitious substrates to form a cross-linked silicate polymer that permanently blocks substrate capillaries reducing the movement of water. The substrate becomes significantly denser, harder and stronger and is less susceptible to dusting. Concrete Wash Concentrate SiF Concrete Wash Concentrate is a highly concentrated acidic cleaner designed for preparing exposed, honed and masonry surfaces prior to the application of sealers. It effectively removes cement-based residues and surface contaminants to restore the natural appearance of concrete and improve sealer penetration. This highly concentrated formula is ideal for removing mortar, concrete, calcium and render residues from a wide range of surfaces including masonry, brick, paving, exposed aggregate, painted surfaces, glass, frames, tools, equipment and machinery. Typical Applications • Cleaning exposed or honed concrete prior to sealing• Removing mortar or cement residues from masonry and paving• Removing calcium or render splashes from surfaces• Cleaning construction tools, equipment and machinery Dilution Guide Dilution will vary depending on the level of residue and surface type. • Light residues: Dilute approximately 1:10 with water (downstream capable). Apply to the surface, allow a short dwell time, scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly.• Heavy residues: Dilute up to 1:1 with water. Apply to the surface, allow to dwell, scrub if required, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat application if necessary. House / Building Wash Concentrate SiF House Wash is a highly concentrated exterior cleaning detergent designed for use in softwash and low pressure cleaning systems. It helps break down and lift dirt, grime, traffic film, spider webs and general atmospheric contaminants from exterior building surfaces. Suitable for use on a wide range of exterior substrates including painted surfaces, weatherboards, cladding, masonry, brick, gutters, soffits and exterior joinery, SiF House Wash assists with restoring surface appearance while supporting effective rinsing and contaminant removal. The concentrated formula allows flexible dilution rates depending on the level of contamination and cleaning method. It can be used in softwash systems, downstream injectors or pump sprayers, making it suitable for both residential and commercial exterior cleaning applications. SiF House Wash can also be used alongside sodium hypochlorite (SH) when treating surfaces affected by mould, algae or organic growth, helping improve cleaning performance and surface wetting. It can also be used alongside SiF Surface Prep (Alkaline Degreaser) in a building wash mix to boost effectiveness where heavier road grime, traffic film or oily contaminants are present. Sealer Remover / Oxidation Cleaner SiF Sealer Remover is a high-strength alkaline cleaner designed for removing unwanted or failed sealer residues from previously sealed surfaces. It helps break down sealer films so surfaces can be effectively cleaned, restored or prepared for resealing. This water-based, environmentally considerate formula can also be used to remove oxidation and chalking from painted or coated surfaces, helping restore surface appearance and improve the effectiveness of subsequent cleaning or coating processes.
