FluoroSeal is a water based fluoropolymer sealer used for sealing porous surfaces including natural stone, clay and concrete surfaces. Suitable for garages, walls, entertaining areas, kitchens and wet areas, pool surrounds, patios, driveways. Dilution & Coverage FluroSeal is supplied as a high-performance concentrate, designed to be diluted with water on site. This reduces transport weight and allows you to mix only the amount required for the project. The surface to be treated should be clean and free of all contaminants. The surface can be damp or wet, however FluoroSeal should not be applied to a surface that has pools of water. The pools should be removed using a broom or cloth prior to application. Do not apply FluoroSeal if rain is expected within 24 hours of application. Do not apply if extreme weather conditions are expected. Do not apply if surface temperatures are above 30 degC. If necessary, cool the surface with water prior to application. FluoroSeal is ready to apply and should be mixed well before use. A test prior to application must be performed to assess the suitability of the product. FluoroSeal is best applied using a low-pressure sprayer. The surface should be uniformly applied to saturation point. Do not allow pooling of sealer. Pools can be spread out using a soft bristled broom. Excess sealer must be removed before drying. Protect adjacent surfaces such as glass, metal or painted surfaces from any overspray. Full curing may take up to 24 hours. Avoid traffic for at least 24 hours. Equipment clean up can be performed with water.  

SiF Approved Applicator Training – New Zealand (Register Interest) Become one of the first contractors trained in the SiF exterior cleaning and sealing system in New Zealand. SiF Sealers NZ will be hosting the first accredited SiF exterior cleaning and sealing training event in New Zealand, planned for June 2026. This premium hands-on training will introduce contractors to the SiF system for exterior cleaning, surface preparation and sealing, bringing internationally recognised expertise together with local support for the New Zealand market. The training will be delivered by the team behind the system: Carl UrbaniIndustrial Chemist and formulator of the SiF Sealers product range. Carl will provide insight into coating chemistry, substrate behaviour, surface preparation and correct sealer selection. Jarrah DwyerFounder of Perth Softwash and experienced exterior cleaning contractor. Jarrah will present the practical systems used by successful exterior cleaning businesses, including chemical application, equipment setups and operational workflows. Matt Caldwell – SiF Sealers NZMatt will host the training and provide local New Zealand support and ongoing technical assistance for contractors implementing the SiF system. Following the training, Matt will remain the primary NZ contact for: • product supply• technical support• application advice• troubleshooting• contractor support Purpose of the Training The goal of this event is to introduce the SiF system to New Zealand contractors and begin establishing a network of trained SiF applicators across the country. Concrete Wash Concentrate SiF Concrete Wash Concentrate is a highly concentrated acidic cleaner designed for preparing exposed, honed and masonry surfaces prior to the application of sealers. It effectively removes cement-based residues and surface contaminants to restore the natural appearance of concrete and improve sealer penetration. This highly concentrated formula is ideal for removing mortar, concrete, calcium and render residues from a wide range of surfaces including masonry, brick, paving, exposed aggregate, painted surfaces, glass, frames, tools, equipment and machinery. House / Building Wash Concentrate SiF House Wash is a highly concentrated exterior cleaning detergent designed for use in softwash and low pressure cleaning systems. It helps break down and lift dirt, grime, traffic film, spider webs and general atmospheric contaminants from exterior building surfaces. Suitable for use on a wide range of exterior substrates including painted surfaces, weatherboards, cladding, masonry, brick, gutters, soffits and exterior joinery, SiF House Wash assists with restoring surface appearance while supporting effective rinsing and contaminant removal. The concentrated formula allows flexible dilution rates depending on the level of contamination and cleaning method. It can be used in softwash systems, downstream injectors or pump sprayers, making it suitable for both residential and commercial exterior cleaning applications.
